Acting is my first love

As a child I won various public speaking awards and loved performing in front of the camera or on stage. My dream was, and still is, to be part of the wickedly talented  “Saturday Night Live” cast. In Grade 9 I auditioned and was accepted into the prestigious Arts York Dramatic Arts Program at Unionville High School. With the guidance of highly skilled acting coaches I was able to nourish my craft and learn how to artfully portray various characters.  It was then I truly realized how much I love acting. Being able to play various characters allowed me to release and reveal different emotions and sides of myself, I was hooked ! I have a loud, strong stage voice that projects and love to adlib, especially comedic roles so naturally a show like “SNL” would be the ideal and perfect fit for me.

Fun Fact Hayden Christensen was in my home room class in the Arts York Program.  He’s super down to earth and very supportive – congratulations on all your success Hayden ! (a.k.a Anakin Skywalker)
